臺越產業合作論壇在工業局指導下，由工業總會與越南工商會（VCCI）共同舉辦，已連續舉辦超過8年。EASC 受金屬工業研究發展中心委託，長期參與機械分論壇的國際行銷執行工作。

臺越論壇的獨特價值

和一般展覽不同，臺越論壇是政府層級的官方平台，參與者包括臺越兩國的政府機構、工業協會和企業代表，建立的合作關係有官方背書。每年都促成多項實質的企業合作協議，涵蓋技術轉移、聯合開發、代理授權等。

近年臺越機械合作的三個趨勢

第一，從「臺灣賣設備給越南」轉向「臺越聯合開發面向第三市場」。第二，越南廠商對台灣設備的要求越來越精準，不再只要「便宜可用」，而是要「能支援升級的技術能力」。第三，代理商合作越來越向專業化轉移，越南大型機械代理商開始要求更完整的技術培訓和售後支援方案。

The Taiwan-Vietnam Industry Forum has been running 8+ consecutive years under Bureau of Industrial Affairs guidance, co-organized by Taiwan's Industrial Federation and Vietnam's VCCI. EASC executes machinery track marketing commissioned by MIRDC. Unlike exhibitions, the forum is a government-level official platform — partnerships formed here carry official endorsement. Three emerging trends: 1) Shift from 'Taiwan sells to Vietnam' toward joint development for third markets; 2) Vietnamese manufacturers demanding technical upgrade capabilities; 3) Agent specialization with comprehensive training and after-sales requirements.
