市場概況:
新加坡是東南亞最大的海港、重要商業城市和轉口貿易中心，也是國際金融中心、重要的航空中心，一個世界級的港口樞紐也是首要的國際海事中心。它擁有全球 40％以上的海運噸位，並且逐步發展成為區域的海事仲裁中心。
新加坡建立了完善的集裝箱操作系統，吸引了許多大型國際海上運輸和海運管理公司，促進了離岸海事工程和石化公司的蓬勃發展，同時還提供着完善的海事輔助服務。目前新加坡企業也在積極發展液化天然氣（LNG）相關裝備，儲備相關技術，浮式生產平台、LNG 相關裝備。海上風電和海上油田退役相關裝備將成為未來一段時期內海工裝備訂單的主要選擇。
